Local App - Terms and Conditions Welcome to Local! This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing your access and use of the Local app ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to access and use the App. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. 2. User Accounts: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Local immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 3. Content: The App provides access to a variety of content, including local news, verified user-generated content, event information, business listings, and event ticketing services. You are responsible for the content you post to the App. You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory. Local reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. 4. User-Generated Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you post to the App. However, by posting content to the App, you grant Local a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any format and on any platform. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant Local the licenses set forth above. 5. Verified Users: Local may verify certain users based on criteria determined by Local. Verified users may have access to additional features and benefits. Local reserves the right to revoke verification at any time and for any reason. 6. Events and Ticketing: The App provides information about local events and facilitates the purchase of tickets for such events. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your information when purchasing tickets. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event details or by Local policy. Local is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes to events. 7. Business Listings: The App provides a platform for local businesses to list their products and services. Businesses are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their listings. Local is not responsible for the quality, availability, or pricing of any products or services listed on the App. 8. Disclaimer: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LOCAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. LOCAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. 9. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH THE LIABILITY IS ASSERTED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONTRACT, TORT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. 10. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Indore, India. 12. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Local with respect to your use of the App. Any prior or contemporaneous communications or representations, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms. 13. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 14.
